You always have round the clock access to our colocation facilities, however we offer physical and technical support whenever you require it.
A technical or networking issue may not require a physical presence in our facility. If you need help with the services supporting your IT infrastructure, or would like to change your service/network plans, our team is available to manage your needs.
If you need someone at our Pulteney Street or Morphett Street locations to accept delivery of equipment or other hands-on support, we’ve got you! Let us know when and where you need our team to be available and what needs to be done.
We understand that technical and logistical support is sometimes required at unusual hours. That’s OK. If you need help outside of our standard business hours (8:00am-5:00pm ACST), please get in-touch to pre-arrange assistance.
Of course, if you have an emergency, please call at any time and one of our technical staff will be made available to help.
